I must admit I've been remiss in attending to our group MANUFACTURED HOME SALES AND LENDING INDUSTRY . But I'm certainly glad I checked in for the first time in awhile. Donald Hester contributes some of the best ever Home Inspection topics on the Active Rain forum.

I've actually had more fun lately just reading and commenting on the posts of many of my fellow AR members, friends and associates. But what really becomes somewhat disconcerting is the lack of follow through with so many featured writers. Some folks just don't realize what an honor it is to be featured in the first place.
