Westbrook ME April 2010 Real Estate report - 05/17/10 03:46 PM
For the month ending April 2010 the residential real estate markets of Westbrook Maine saw 16 homes sell compared with 15 in February and 13 in April of the previous year. Like other regions housing prices appear to have leveled out and volume continues to remain healthy. The current inventory of homes on the market in Westbrook rests at 133, up significantly from 107 a month prior. Lower interest rates and the tax credit deadline continue to be major driving forces in the marketplace. Brunswick Maine Housing Report April 2010 - 05/14/10 11:25 AM
The residential real estate markets of Brunswick Maine saw a whopping 20 transactions take place at a median sold price of 220K after sitting on the market for 110 days in April 2010. For the month ending April 2010 the Portland Maine real estate housing market saw 56 single family and condo residential transactions occur at a combined median price of 233K with each home sitting on the market for a median of 53 days.
