This 5 acre neighborhood park was opened in 1984 when it was named after a former superintendent of the Livermore School District. In North Livermore, the park serves several neighborhoods - Heather Glen, Spring Valley III, Springtown and Spring Valley Common. Barbecue pits, picnic tables and tot lot are the city park stables – this one also has a softball area.
