Last week a home for sale in Huntington Beach offered more than basic staging, this house included a reptile petting zoo! Ok so maybe it was just one reptile, but the three legged iguana who's name comes from the number of limbs he currently has, is more than any animal I've met at an open house. No, this is not a buy one get eight free special. While looking over Huntington Beach Real Estate news this morning I read an article from the OC Register which took a look at luxury home listings in Orange County. I LOVE the article because it pushes my practicality buttons. According to the atricle (http://huntingtonhomes.freedomblogging.com/) there are now 6 homes for sale in Orange County which are over the $30M mark.
