This Friday, May 13, 2011, at the Emerald Isle NC Parks and Recreation, there will be Friday Free Flicks. The Emerald Isle NC Parks and Recreation is located at 7500 Emerald Drive, Emerald Isle NC. Today November 15th (should have been yesterday my mother & sister's birthday) I broke 100,000 mark.
It's hard to remember my first post - but I do remember I was nervous as heck hitting the submit button.
It wasn't until months later that I found out you could do a post in the draft mode.
Well it's the beginning of a journey. I've learned a lot and look forward to learning and sharing even more.

Here at the Crystal Coast of North Carolina the county commissioners are debating whether or not to proceed with the Carteret County Tax Revaluation 2010-2011. The last revaluation was in 2006 with the new tax valuations going into effect in 2007. At that time the county commissioners voted to change the revaluation period from 7 years to 4 years making 2010 the year to revalue property and 2011 the year for the new values to become effective.Recently there have been articles in the newspapers saying that some commissioners don't want to do the revaluation. Another shot from San Diego and the NAR Convention. At the booth for dotloop they had the Delorian car from the movie Back To the Future. I loved that movie and had to get a shot of me in the driver's seat. It was complete with all the dials and gizmos.

Saturday Amy Hahn and I had the distinct pleasure of visiting booth number 2425 at the NAR Expo where we met up in person with Brad Andersohn of ActiveRain and John Lockhart and Mica Schonbeck of Market Leader. ActiveRain bloggers in San Diego for the NAR convetion. Amy Hahn and I arrived today and are staying at the Westin Hotel in the Gaslamp District for the Women's Council of Realtors programs and events.
We ahave a few minutes in our room to put our feet up and watch the airplanes landing at the airport 3 miles away. Next we head out to a networking session on the 4th floor armed with business cards. After that we head to the Wine and Culinary Center for a reception sponsored by Property ID.

Your Subconscious Mind is DEAF so stop talking to it and... feed it some pictures, mind pictures or images that is. I've heard and read for years that your subconscious mind does not "hear" negatives, but yesterday I was listening to The Success Principals by Jack Canfield and he went on to explain that the subconscious mind does not "hear" the negative because the subconscious mind deals only in images.
