I was forwarded an article by Dr Oz about certain remedies, and I thought I would share it over a few posts...Here are the first 2 remedies:
1. Can't sleep? If you are already in bed, visualize your limbs falling asleep, starting with your toes and working up to your head. Do you want to freshen up your spring cleaning routine? Common household items can be used in new ways to assist with that. Consider the following:
1. Dust Trapper. The right duster can clean more than your floors. Use a microfiber mop on walls and ceilings. Run the duster along crown moldings to grab particles you can't see.
2. Soap Scum Buster. Used fabric softener sheets are great for removing soapy reside from glass shower doors. Sprinkle a few drops of water on the sheet and scrub away grime.

You're most likely to get into a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday matinee. Plus, you get the bonuses of cheaper tickets and possible concession stand promotions. If you want that crowd experience, go to a Friday or Saturday 7pm or 9pm show. Most theaters let you buy tickets online as soon as the schedule comes out---anywhere between seven and fourteen days in advance. If you don't want the plot spoiled by water-cooler conversation, go the afternoon of the first day it opens!
