I feel like I've seen this a lot lately but I just came across this again today and every time I see it I have to wonder. What are you thinking? In addition to pointing out that this is a "must see" but there is no access to the home, there are no pictures! Why in the world would I want to promote this to my buyers? This latest one goes so far as stating "Don't wait bring your clients". Bring my clients....to see the outside?

Currently there are only 5 townhomes on the market in Fusion which is a significant decrease from the summer. Of the 5 two are short sale properties and the other 3 are standard sales. There is currently one property in escrow but as it's a short sale there is no current set closing date. Due to the potential litigation issues in Fusion there has only been one closed escrow since the beginning of the year.

April was a fairly strong month for home sales in Manhattan Beach. We saw a fairly typical 36 homes close escrow during the month but the pending home sales continued to trend upward with 45 homes in escrow. The luxury home market in Manhattan Beach had a strong month with 9 homes over $2.0M closing during April. As many of my Manhattan Beach home buyer clients have noticed there is a distinct shortage of homes in the $1.1-$1.5M range and the expected uptick in inventory prior to summer has yet to happen. I was just setting showing appointments in Redondo Beach for tomorrow and it always surprises me just how difficult sellers can make it on themselves. In the area I'm looking there are currently 6 very similar listings....same buildings, same complexes and similar ocean views. While reading the agent remarks the first I was scheduling an appointment with doesn't have a lockbox and states "Please bring your very qualified buyers, preferably with loan approval. I've lived and worked in Hermosa Beach for a very long time and it just never ceases to amaze me just how much I like this town. What makes Hermosa Beach so unique, even when compared with it's neighbors Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach, is the small town feel if offer while being part of such a metropolis like Los Angeles. Yesterday offered a series of races for kids and adults and it was hard to walk 50 feet in the Pier Plaza area without running into friends and colleagues.
