Ok, this is my first rant and hopefully a little help for home sellers. I review the MLS daily to be kept up to date on what is happening in the area, any best buys that may come along and honestly I just like to look at the houses. But one thing I don't like to see is comments from listing agents that give away the farm. I get the market is slow and sellers are getting anxious and want their homes sold but when I come across terms like the one noted below, I often wonder, who are they benefiting … (9 comments)
