Yes, it is that time again.  Even here in Lewiston/Auburn Maine you can see the tell tale signs of spring...sap buckets and blue collection lines on all available Sugar Maple Trees.  With a mix of wood burning and sweet sap evaporating filling the air, local farms with sugar shacks are busy preparing for Maine Maple Sunday.  The day most Mainers head out to their favorite farm for pancake breakfasts, wagon rides, and all things maple.
