OHFA offers Rate Reduction for OHIO Heros - 03/05/08 04:02 PM

Just got this post from the State of Ohio. Also Qualified Veterans do not have to be first time Buyers. Standard Rate is 5.50% and "Ohio Hero's" recieve a .25% Rate Reduction.
