San Ramon Home Sales Up Over 2011 At the half way mark of 2012 home sales in San Ramon are up 9 percent over 2011 and would probably be higher if there was more inventory. The number of homes listed through June 2012- 496 homes compared with 602 new listings in 2011, a decrease of 18%.

San Ramon Real Estate activity for the month of May was brisk. 84 homes closed in May compared to 71 homes in April a gain of 15%, and up 32% from a year ago May with 57 homes sold.

2011 - average sales price of bank owned properties $685,150 2012 - average sales price of bank owned properties $652,017 While the number of units has decreased, the average sales price is down 5% for San Ramon bank owned properties as compared to 2011.
Current Inventory of San Ramon Bank Owned Properties = 2 detached homes and 3 town home/condo. Overall inventories of homes for sale are down in all of San Ramon.

San Ramon activity for the week ending March 24, 2012 was another week of frenzy. There are currently only 85 homes on the market in San Ramon ranging in price from $350,000 to $1,899,000. We had 100 people attending our open house Sunday, so the low inventory makes it very competitive for serious buyers.
The low inventory and numer of buyers in the market place have completely turned our market around. With multiple offers, not just 2-3 but 10 plus, we are seeing prices starting to inch up.
