This post by Ginger Faust of Oakhurst, Ca really hits the mark! Our local MLS photos are full of homes that supposedly don't need staging. They are clean, neat and BORING. Or they might be overly decorated for the target market.
Agents and sellers take heed!  Ginger speaks the truth. Even my house would need staging were it to go on the market.
