Yesterday, as I was driving to a client's closing in North Kansas City, I was running early. This pleased me as it had been a hectic day. What pleased me more was that I had time to stop at a little Pastry Shop. The sign outside has intrigued me for a long time. It says "homemade cupcakes" - and it's a homemade sign. Little bitty place. -Remember what they say about big things coming in small packages?

Recently I have been on the periphery of several different conversations about Buyer's Agents helping "clients." Here is how one conversation went: "Right now I have two realtors looking for me!" She said with pride. No, I did not enter into a conversation with this woman; I backed away quickly. We were in a social situation that was not appropriate for educating this particular individual in the workings of the real estate business.
