This is a market update for the South Pasadena condo, loft and townhome segment as of March 4, 2013.   In the past week, five properties have come on the market for sale.  
With just six on the market, inventory is still very low in this category.  There are six properties in escrow.  February 2013 saw three sales ranging in price from $302,000 to $415,000 with an average closed price of $342,333(median $310,000) according to our local multiple listing service(MLS) statistics.   This compares to five sales in February 2012 and an … (9 comments)
