summertime: Labor Day Ideas in Southern California

Most people will have a 3 day weekend for this coming Labor Day holiday, and for those of us who are fortunate enough to live in Southern California, we have lots of options for fun family activities! Why not be adventurous and take a drive farther than you normally would to explore? Maybe there’s a popular beach a few miles from your home where you normally go, but thirty or forty miles up the coast there’s a more secluded area you’ve always thought about visiting but haven’t gotten around to yet. summertime: Summer Fun in Fontana!!

If you're going to be in or near the Fontana California area this summer, there are lots of family-friendly, low or no-cost activities to take part in! Activites are presented by the Fontana Community Services Departmenrt, begin May 29 and run through August. Fontana Oak Aquatic Center pool is open all year offering recreational swim and swim lessons for $3 a day or $35 for a monthly pass. Call (909)854-4111 for more information.
