We're Safely Making Money In Today's Market. Preconstruction Contract Profits.
Hello. I am a partner in a preconstruction buying club. Our 400 partners walk into national and international developers and negotiate from the strength of buying 400 units at one time. Because we negotiate as a group, the more members we have, the stronger we are. Are you better off negotiating by yourself, or with a good group?

I learned that I wasn't cut out to be a landlord dealing with tenants, and really didn't want to have real estate investments that took up too much time. I decided there had to be a better way to profit in real estate, and I found this club that did just that.

 I've been asked to find other partners who want to make money in real estate passively, and let someone else do the work to cook the deals, monitor them, and make things happen. That's why I'm here.
