I just rec'd great - and quick - service from flyersforrealestate.net! All I had to do was email my listing, pictures and my contact info and I rec'd the completed flyer via email in less than 24 hours!! It's really affordable - only $25.00 per flyer. Although you have to print the flyers yourself, it's nice to not have to pay any shipping charges or to have to wait a week to get it in the mail!!
They don't have a lot of designs to choose from, but they are very nice, clean and professional!!

For those of you who aren't in some sort of mastermind group - find one today. I've been fortunate enough to be a part of a daily mastermind group of the top agents in the country. We speak every morning for 10 minutes or so to get one another pumped up for the day and to help one another solve any issues or situations we may be dealing with. Ok, maybe not sell your soul, but I've seen some Realtors do things that are not far off. It blows me away when Realtors call me and tell me, "I can sell your listing if you give me an extra 1% commission." How is that in the best interest of your client? If it's the best house for your client, wouldn't you sell it anyway?

I just returned from my first Tony Robbins seminar and have to say, it was the most amazing experience of my life. I have listened to his tapes and CD's for years but had no idea what to expect!

Homes are selling in Naples! As of today, there are 10,512 homes for sale. Last month 369 homes sold, with the average month sales being 366. It's hard to say what will happen over the next couple of months, but activity has definitely increased! Last week I had 3 sets of motivated buyers and this week I've had 2 buyers that plan to buy within the next 30-60 days. It's nice to see the activity increase, though inventory always increases dramatically in January, which is the beginning of our season.

That's such a tough question to answer because just like all Realtors are not alike or have the same taste, neither are all athletes. So, what does this current financial mess mean for you as a Naples resident? According to the latest MLS statistics, there are currently 10,280 homes for sale in Naples only. (13,340 in Naples/Estero/Bonita) Last week, there were still 151 homes that went under contract and 86 homes closed. Those aren't exactly record breaking numbers, but things still are selling! The number that is kind of astounding is the number of price changes - there were 752 price changes in a 7 day period.
