Heads up for buyers! How may times have your been in this situation? As an Agent you have explained these “THOU SHALL NOTS” at least once and they do the complete opposite. Once your client goes under contract to purchase a new home give them this handy reminder to stick on their refrigerator. It may help to keep them on the straight and narrow until they close escrow.
