As I scan through the MLS I notice some things that make me wonder if some listing agents realize they work for the seller. * 5 to 6 Pictures. Come on, if your going to take the listing take and post all the pictures you can. The minimum or using the same picture several times is not in the Seller's best interest. * 1% to 2.5% commission. You agreed to take the listing at a reduced rate so you now want to share the discount with the buyer's agent without their consent. You just "killed" your sale. Like it or not … (19 comments)

We must have the 787 Billion or our country will be in dire straights. LIAR! They have very little of it out on the streets and they saved 245 Billion of it to subsidize Doctors for cuts in Medicare. A cold front moved into Denver overnight, dropping temperatures into the teens with record lows for the date. Coors Field was covered with a thin layer of snow and ice Saturday morning and flurries were expected to continue through the night.
