Hello friends!

My son-in-law has a condo in Scottsdale, AZ and will be listing it soon.  We are looking for an aggressive agent to assist us with this listing. The condo unit is a part a development called Sunscape.  It's located in Old Scottsdale and is a conversion condo - the development was previously an apartment complex.  It's a 2 BR / 2 BA  overlooking the pool. Is anyone  presently working this area and can shed some light on the market conditions in this area?
