As we all read the newspapers and watch the news on TV we are seeing that the repo's are shooting out the roof. I am wondering how many agents and brokers out there are familiar with Loss Mitigation. How many agents are helping people save their homes from foreclosure or helping with the short sale process? If truth be known there are millions of people out there who are 2-3 payments behind and in the process of pre-foreclosure.
