Imagine living in a home with a zero energy footprint and 5 Star LEED rating. You get as close as possible with the modern homes built by 30* N, a green home builder in Austin. 
I first ran across this group of designer/builders last year after they finished the 2 homes on E. 14th street. Those modern contemporary homes not only has designer finish outs, private outdoor enertainment areas and zero energy footprint, but it was priced under $400K. Most homes in this part of town with simliar features and location are priced much higher.
