santa cruz: Median home price for homes in Santa Cruz County still strong - 05/03/17 07:20 AM
The Santa Cruz Sentinel recently reported a median home price in Santa Cruz County of $826,000. This is up from $798,000 a year ago and is the fifth month in a row that the average price of a home is above $800,000.
Strong sale prices make this a great time for sellers in the area and provides a little bit of a challenging landscape to buyers hunting for homes. With less inventory at higher price points, teaming up with a Realtor is highly recommended.
