Responsible Homeownership I'm currently helping a family declutter their home to get it ready for sale. We are busy identifying items for donations and packing up as much of the home's contents as we can in a defined time frame. This past July, PHA moved a young family from a rental home in Palo Alto, to a purchased home in Palo Alto. Both homes were about the same size, around 4200 sq. ft.
