As I was addressing the envelopes to mail out my calendars I thought of the transaction for each of the clients and how I got to know them well and the things we shared about our cultures .
I had clients from Italy,China,Malayasia, Switzerland,Korea,Trinidad,India, Greece,Polland,Iraq, Pakistan,Ireland, Spain,and I know I have missed some .The American clients also told me that their ancestors were from Ireland,Germany,England,Italy, Israel, and others.
I learned about some of the customs and superstitions they have in different parts of the world.

Real Estate market has improved in Bucks Montgomery counties. We received many calls from buyers looking to buy. The inventory is moderate. New construction is in demand but there aren't many lots available. I managed to write my monthly market reports but not much else. Here are my favorite posts for July :

I read about the Active Rain Contest and am glad for the inspiration. I do not have to wait for January 1st to set new goals and make resolutions. I am participating in the challenge so have to start training right now.
My goals are not going to be based on Dollars earned but on number of people that I will HELP in Buying or selling a home. I will work hard whether it is a buyer for a $10,000 mobile home as I will for a buyer buying a million dollar luxury home.

Home prices are low yet many buyers can not qualify for a mortgage because of stricter qualifying guidelines. There is a demand for rentals. If you have always thought of investing in Real estate this may be a good time.

real estate: Multiple Offers on homes in some parts of Pa.

I called an agent for feedback the other day and she said the buyers had lost out on a house recently because there were multiple offers. I did not give it much thought . It might have been an isolated incident.
I read the newspaper yesterday and was surprised to read that in Media, agents reported about similar incidents. One agent wrote about an escalation clause , ( words that I have not seen in 2 years. )
