One of the most critical aspects of any sales profession is having the right mindset.
Do you feel that you are the absolutely best Real Estate Agent in your market? I am not referring to the highest producing agent, because that is not the only measure of an agent's skill and ability. I am referring to an agent who cares whole-heartedly about the client. Puts the client's needs first, and provides outstanding guidance, customer service, negotiating skills, and thorough knowledge of the process… Are you that agent?
