Well the limits for FHA loans is set to go down in september i hope that this does not affect the phoenix area , but for the ones we do know for sure that the limits are going down i think that they are going to be affected negatibly because really we are not out of the real estate problems ....

Good morning i was doing my round of looking at articles about the real estate market and other finacial means and came accros this one that shows how the RE markets is showing some healthy numbers i second that because even thou prices migth be down their is alot of sales here in the phoenix mar...

this is a great article about our property taxes and how we may be paying more that we should really most of the taxes we pay now are on assestemt done after 2005 when prices where at their highest so you need to check your property taxes here are a few articles about hope you like them ...
