We are thrilled to announce that we added a new partner site to our rental listing syndication platform. When you post and update your rental listings on RealBird, they are now automatically published on RentBerry as well (in addition to other major rental search portals). To update your listing, simply do it once on RealBird and we'll update them automatically on all the partner sites. Scale your rental marketing easily, with RealBird. We added some new attributes for the rental listings on RealBird. You can now define the pet policy of your rental you market through RealBird. No Pets, Small Dogs, Large Dogs, Other Pets allowed are the new options that you can specify for your residential rentals. If none of these options are selected, or for previously published listings, we will treat these attributes as undefined and won't show pet policy one way or the other, otherwise, select your options accordingly your pet policy. The purpose of this group is to connect real estate professionals and Airbnb hosts who think about moving to longer term leases and need help with legal, marketing, property management and tenants relationship.

Many of you are using RealBird for publishing both for-sale and rental properties and often times, the target audiences for the two types of listings are different. You can now create separate RealBird listing widgets for your rental and for-sale properties and embed them on separate pages on your website, or blog. You can also create distinct Facebook Page tabs for them.
