im not a mind reader: Touring a Property in Shifts . . . Is That What You're Saying?!?

There's nothing that surprises me in real estate anymore. This evening was no exception. After receiving a call from a buyer on a property they want to tour, I contacted the listing agent via email. Keep in mind, there is a tenant in one of the units (it's a duplex) and one unit is vacant. There are ABSOLUTELY NO SHOWING INSTRUCTIONS ON THE LISTING SHEET. This is what I received after I emailed the listing agent about showing the property: "You can show the main floor unit using the RMLS lock box.
