I just read Broker Bryant Tutas' great AR post about his seller interview strategy and it got me thinking about how many agents may not be up front about pricing when it comes time for the initial new seller listing presentation. When a home sits on the market and doesn't sell for an extended period of time, the number one potential problem is price.
