I have taken an excerpt from the email I received from the N.A.R. to take part in stabilizing our mortgage market.
"As a REALTOR you recognize that stabilizing the current mortgage market turmoil requires an immediate and significant response from Congress.  I strongly recommend contacting your Member of Congress to ask for his or her YES vote on H.R. 1852, the Expanding American Homeownership Act of 2007 and a YES vote on the Frank-Miller-Cardoza amendment.

I wanted to share with you something I found that can be a real useful tool to those that are having a difficult time visualizing what a room would look like painted a particular color. Better Homes and Gardens website has a feature that will allow you to paint a room any color, you also have the ability to change the fabric on the furniture in that room, including the color of the pillows

My reason for being here this morning is to inform you on something that I read in the Daily News this morning, it happens that it was in the business section from yesterdays paper.
