I keep a list (it's very short) and would like to update it. Which lenders / banks are giving sellers financial relocation assistance? Sometimes it's known as seller incentive or cash for keys. Specifically I am trying to find out what type of Cash 4 Keys program that GMAC offers. Here's the list I started wtih various programs I'm aware of, but couldn't find anything on GMAC.
