Listing Pictures - 03/31/08 10:15 AM
Do we really need pictures of commodes/toilets when we view listing pictures?   Unless the bathroom is spectacular, I think it's silly to take pictures of bathrooms.   We know every home has one and if you don't have a wide angled lens then all you see is the commode, hardly worth taking.   … (3 comments)

Why is it like pulling teeth to get feedback from agents that show my listings?  Isn't it part of our job as realtors to provide feedback?  Today with technology and email, feedback takes literally a few minutes.   Sellers really appreciate honest feedback and it makes my job easier when it comes … (16 comments)
