Sold Town Analysis - April 1 to April 13, 2007 - Consolidated MLS I am sure there are Buyers (and Renters) that have heard the news, "they have accepted your offer". That is such a euphoric time for customer and their representing agent. But, has the contract actually been signed? Good business sense is to have the agent give you a signed copy of the contract with everyone's signatures as soon as possible.
