As I promised, on May 7, 2007 Ruthman Real Estate searched for "more" reported April 2007 SOLDS on the Consolidated MLS.  However, at that time, only 1 (one) was added.  
To Date (May 11, 2007): 
Single Family Homes reported as SOLD on the Consolidated MLS for April 2007:  372
The average days on the market:  112

 Sold Town Analysis  -  April 1 to April 13, 2007 - Consolidated MLS
 I am sure there are Buyers (and Renters) that have heard the news, "they have accepted your offer".  That is such a euphoric time for customer and their representing agent.  But, has the contract actually been signed? 
     Good business sense is to have the agent give you a signed copy of the contract with everyone's signatures as soon as possible. Whether it be rental or property purchase, signatures are of the utmost importance.  Having signatures will curb unwanted bad news such as:  the seller accepted your offer, but then another offer came in.  Since the … (2 comments)
