Here in the Manchester NH the market is changing, foreclosures are down, short sales are selling and inventory of homes currently on the market is down near 30%. With interest rates down just under 4% and prices still Low buyer are indeed buying.
 
This Week a buyer saw one of my listings with their Buyer Broker, The property was priced below market value for a quick sale. It was mint condition and needed nothing. Today i was lucky enough to visit the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival for the afternoon. We got there right around 11am, trafic was still light. We parked and headed in.
