Is it alright for an agent to take time out to eat? Not to everyone... Today I had a full day of showing homes and a couple of new listings. Finishing up some showings on the seacoast, I decided i had a good 90 minutes until my listing appointment which gave me an hour to get some lunch. I took a seat on the sand as close to the water as i could get, As the sun shined down, a gentle wind blew off the water and the waves crashed on shore. One of my favorite places is the Seacoast. New Hampshire has an award winning beaches and water quaility with the jewel known as Hampton Beach. Crystal clean sand, clear waters and lots of activities for everyone.
One of the best week ends is during the Sand Castle building competition. Sculpters from all of the US and Canada flock to the beach to fight for the large amounts of prize money.
Come to the Beach every Wednesday night for Fireworks.
The beach area features lots of accomodations, motels, hotels and weekly rentals from condos, cottages to homes both small and large.

Sunday the Superbowl was not the only big event around. It was also the 13th annua; Penguin Plunge to benefit Special Olympics at Hampton Beach NH. Over 1100 people jumped into the 43 degrees water to raise money. $688,000 was raised.
