Mother Nature just did not want to cooperate with the festivities planned at The Riverfront clubhouse this year but our residents still managed to have a blast hanging out this past Monday. Even the rain could not keep the kids from splashing around in our Junior Olympic swimming pool and taking turns on the awesome 100 foot water slide. The grill was fired up and everyone got to enjoy burgers and hot dogs from the safety of the clubhouse during the downpours.

The Spring selling season came a couple of months early this year in Founders Pointe, a waterfront community of custom homes in Isle of Wight County, near Smithfield.
