Our website keeps on growing and becoming more user friendly and Agent-Intuitive. One of the latest a greatest things we added was a RETS feed that shows the Agent Remarks. In Omaha there isn't any MLS based showing instructions program so many agents use the Agent Remarks. Of course, the Agent Remarks isn't available in the IDX format so we had to do a hybrid of IDX and RETS. Another missing field that we found even more profound was the Listing Agent's Email. Why do buyers chose an inspector for $300 vs. a 1 year service warranty for $500 that includes a pre-inspection? I had an inspector come to the home I purchased. He had a long list as it was a home built in 1925. The Buyer's Agent then proceeded to tell us, "This house is a bargain. Don't bother to ask for this stuff to be fixed by the seller." but then 6 years later when another inspector came, the same agent was saying, "You should get this stuff fixed."
