The Pasco County housing statistics for December 2010 are in, and the news is mixed. For those not aware, Pasco County is north of Hillsborough County, where the city of Tampa is located, and also north of Pinellas County, which is where St. Petersburg and world famous Clearwater Beach is located. Pasco County runs from the Gulf of Mexico to the west and to the City of Zephyrhills and Dade City to the east.

Apollo Beach, FL I recently went over the housing market statistics for all of Hillsborough County and talked about Real Estate being so local that even in a specific county each zip code can get very different results. Recently, I also went over the housing market statistics for New Tampa, also in Hillsborough County, which saw some great housing numbers. december 2010: December 2010 Was The Coldest In Tampa, FL History - 01/01/11 12:39 PM
This was a unusually cold December, but now we have confirmation of how cold it really was. December 2010 was the coldest in Tampa, FL history.
Looking at this calendar with actual temperatures versus historical averages shows an amazing number of days where the temperature was 10 degrees or more below normal.
