Buyers and investors keep in mind that the best time to buy is when the market is lower, not when it is higher. Watch what the true professionals do on strategic positioning and you will notice that they buy in as everyone seems to panic and prices fall. Why? Here are some things that I do, give it a try. 1. Get up 30 minutes early each day. If you average an extra 30 minutes in your day, you will gain over 3 hours each week. 2. Don't lay in bed all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Seriously, What a waste. Unless your in college and have partied all night long, get UP!! 3. Keep a list of things to do close at hand. Sometimes The day can become too much and we have to take a step back. Every day we face new challenges. When things start to overwhelm us we can chose to try to refocus and think positive.
