I was reading some comments on a thread in a real estate FB group today. The thread started with an agent who was upset that after her listing expired another agent listed the property and used her photos in the MLS.
The agent took the photos and so therefore she owns the copyright to those photos ( unless her MLS has a typical clause that claims copyright to all images placed in its system).
She did end up getting the other agent to remove the photos. But then another agent wrote a comment about how she does not like other agents using her images (52 comments)
