Working 7 Days a Week and Loving It!

By
Real Estate Agent with Real Living - Innovations Realty Group

Here on Long Island it's getting busy again and I'm loving it.  Listings are selling, buyers are now out in the market and the air is full of positive Karma!  I've actually seen multiple offers on several homes; obviously these homes are priced right and in excellent condition.  Sellers still don't get it here on Long Island and most don't realize you have to remove the green shag carpet, take down dark paneling and yes....paint the interior of the home.  Add this to the clutter that most people "own" and you have a recipe for disaster.  Ah...the challenges of my profession.  For those who say the market stinks...have them call me...I'll inspire them to buy, sell or take up a career in real estate...after all...it's an easy profession and we make tons of money!

Same is being seen here in San Diego. At least in the conventional market. People are finally excited again, and it is GREAT!

We're busy here too, with 9 sold so far, 18 on the calendar.  Yes the market here is saturated with short sales and foreclosures, but that's human nature to seek out the best deals and move on them.  Where else can you buy a house in Dunedin, FL (voted best beach in the country, top place to retire in US) for $69,900???

Congratulations on your successes, happy selling----

The market only stinks if one is a seller (or a real estate agent with no sales).  If one is a buyer, WOWZER, it's the best market ever!

Marty,

That is great news.  Don't mind putting in the hours when times are good.
