This chart below breaks down Tigard Oregon Real Estate sales by neighborhood, for the week ending 03/27/2008.
Sales have been off since last year with the pending sales in Tigard, Oregon were down 25.4% from 2008 for the month of February when the last stats came out. The news isn’t a good thing for Tigard with the average sales price being down only 7.5% from the same time last year, but by up more than a percent since January. This wasn't good news for sellers, but is better than expected by many withso many foreclosures and short sales hitting the market the last couple months of 2008.

Hi Todd...The sales Volume being down is the theme this year...with record low interest rates Home Buyers should be jumping at the much lower mortgage payments. We're seeing some multiple offers on well price homes with curb appeal, certainly the lower price range is the strongest. I like how you layed out your report, it's easy to follow.

Cheers, have a great Friday:O)

Rebecca  - I am amazed at how many people find my website because of these weekly stats. I find them boring and hate doing them, but as long as their is interest, I'll keep posting them. I'm getting and average of 25 hits a day because of these stats and 1-2 people contacting me.

Fred - I know one of my clients just lost out on a home they liked because they waited. It was really sad, because it was the perfect home for their family.
