To say the Spelling mansion is ‘one of a kind' doesn't do this luxurious estate justice...however you arrive at $150 million for the asking price....it seems at first glance...this magnificent property will only sell with a significant price correction in these tough economic times....I saw a story the other day about the dramatic price drops in the Hampton's...and around the globe....when it comes to the "Spelling" mansion....appears more like "Fantasy Island" regarding the asking price...but I'll gladly preview it before offering a formal opinion...do you think we can get in with our access key?
The Mike Kelly Team pulled off an astounding ‘short-sale' approval yesterday on Morningview in Anaheim Hills....remember we sold this property last Saturday....starting at the time the listing was taken...achieving formal, written approval on the 4th business day after acceptance.....great work!
We have offers on East St. and Crystal Sands.....the new asking price on Crystal Sands is $499K....unobstructed ocean view...the appraiser setting the updated value at $530K...reduced 55K; ...The new carpet is hopefully going in Rim Crest today....if you saw it before; you will not recognize the place with a new coat of two tone paint....looks fabulous, especially at $349,900, reduced $100K from the original asking price last fall....owner may carry, may pay up to a year's association and is offering a 3% co-op....comps are $350K to $520K...going back to September...the property enjoys beautiful sunset views.....I'll put a lunch wager this will sell before the Spelling mansion...
