Villas by The Sea in Lauderdale by the Sea

Resort-style, oceanfront living, Villas by the Sea is a preconstruction project in Lauderdale by the Sea.  It's projected for Fall 2008 delivery and it will be "an intimate enclave of four low-rise Mediterranean-inspired buildings encompassing only 117 very distinctive, very private residences."  The Villas by the Sea Condos will range in size from 1,500 - 3,400 square feet.  2-3 Bedrooms and 2.5 - 3.5 Bathrooms will be available.

I passed by the site today when I was on my way to Dinner at the Quarterdeck and I'll keep you posted on progress there (I'll have to take some pics a few months from now).
