How low will the interest rates go before they start to eek up? That's the million dollar question for everyone in the Mortgage and Financial feild. If I only had a crystal ball! However in good news, Resale in homes has risen for the first time since Sept 2008. Always some thing to look forward to. Check out my Crystal Ball is your new home shown.

Well something must have happened this week. All of a sudden out of the blue the phone has started ringing again and people are looking to buy and to finance. Thank goodness, I have been living on my retirement fund for the past 6 months, lol.
