Most of the homes are priced between $215,000 and $250,000. for franklin, this is one of the most affordable areas to buy a home. As you can see by the snapshot below, 7 of the 12 homes for sale are now under contract. These homeowners are probably moving up to a larger home, generating even more transactions.
I think it's just the beginning of a much improved real estate market in Franklin tn.
