In an Industry when we are bombarded with all the thoughts of change that must take place in our schedules, work environment,technology services coming at us exponentially everyday, and a world of self proclaimed authorities and critics one needs to really reach from within to see clearly the path they need to walk. Sometimes we can have great demands put on us in these challenging times. When we weather a storm we know we can always look forward to the fresh air and sunshine that follows it. When things are put in perspective and we really know the importance of life, and it's fragility the little things we overlook on a daily basis at times really are our strengths and motivation. I know where I derive mine from.
I remember seeing the following quote from a renowned novelist and I still reflect on it from time to time.
