Wanted a nice helpful Buyers agent who adds some value rather than just ferrying around

It is against the law in NJ for an agent to give back a portion of commisssion or to purchase an expensive closing gift for any client. Are you are looking for a buyer's agent to "add value" with knowledge and expertise or just money back to you? A valuable agent will get you the best possible price through negotiation and wise buying strategies which can save you money in the purchase price or financing.
