As of late I have not been posting our office listings ... I have
been lax in posting market conditions..... I have only just started
a new series in the group I founded,"Christianity and Real Estate".

As I even begin to think about coming up to my office computer,
I hear a voice whisper to me.... "You can't do it anymore.... Just
give up...."

I have had so many things happen to me in my quest
to have a ministry funded by my real estate business it is scary
to say the least. A lot of other people participate in this
business to make ends meet.

I want to do MORE than that.

I want to be able to go to other cities, states, and nations
with the message of how good a Creator we have.

He loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son for
us, so that we can have ever lasting life in His presence.

You might say to me...."Why do you feel attacked and what
has happened to you, Alex... this sounds like such a noble
undertaking."

Here is a short list over the past several YEARS that has
happened to me:

Many, MANY people in my 600+ person database say
they want to purchase, BUT NOT YET......
Leads given to me do NOT pan out (NORMALLY these
leads are paid for also).
Agents who say they want to work with me on a referral
basis, just DO NOT get in touch with the people I send
them (OR they just suddenly get too busy).
I have had several people have relatives and spouses
DIE after contacting me about purchasing a home,
thereby changing their plans. (HOWS THAT for KNOWING
I am being fought against).
I have had people get DIVORCED after contacting me
also.. changing their plans to come to Florida to live.
People I had been sending listings to have e-mailed
me to say they have bought their home...and to stop
sending listings to them (And they did NOT use my
services).

It is like there is this THING watching every move I make... to
thwart my plans to build this ministry. I continue to minister at
work and on ActiveRain...

I have since 3 weeks ago, joined a new church, after finding
the "Prosperity Gospel" in the "We Believe" section on the
church's website I used to be a member of. I immeadiately
had a peace and joy I had not had in YEARS after I went to
the new church's worship service..

I am sorry, but Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn and others, just
do NOT have it right. God wants us to have the character
and heart of HIS SON, MORE (as a priority) than He wants
us to have lots of money and possessions.

WISDOM is what helps us get and retain wealth...and GOD
GIVES us that too.

So, if you are reading this, PLEASE be in prayer for me.....

I DO NOT want to QUIT

I have added you to my prayer list and I will be lifting you up in prayer daily. Please Do NOT Quit! You ARE making a difference and that is why the enemy is hitting you so hard. If you influence even one person's life through your ministry it is worth it and that you can be sure of has already happened! Just think of all the ones you will not ever know about. I can just picture God looking down at you and smiling. Remember - "Well done good and faithful servant" comes later. That's what we have to look forward to. Keep up the good fight; God is with you always.

If I remember right, Christ did not quit either. He could have, but chose not to. He could have chose to do something different, but He didn't. I know He did what His father told him to do....just like our father is telling you what not to do now. It still works as it did a few thousand years ago, ya think?

You are being tested, is this what you really want to do? I think the answer is yes..also some of the things that may seem like set backs now may be paths to more later. I will say that when all goes right I do not learn much, when things go wrong, then I learn alot more!

In my business I have had 13 closings in a row come apart when I was new agent.....recently I went almost 6 months with NO closings even though I was working 50 or more hours a week and had more to do than I could hardly even keep up with ( short sales waiting on approval mostly)

Learn what you need. Don't say why me, say How can I improve, then what can I do and then who will I reach out to for help? Who will I look to work with besides my current prospects? Who else do I want to refer to and so on.

You will do it!

Thanks Sara..... that is exactly what I saw it as..... not just a test.... or JUST a trial.......

With ALL of the above situations happening in the past years...I have felt so "impotent" in what was going on.

I would pray and pray...and NOTHING...... yet every once in a while I would complete a closing.....

THIS HAS to stop......

I think the move to a new church was a good idea.

The enemy knows his time is short, so anyone who is doing Kingdom work, no matter how insignificant it looks to the doer, is under attack. The spiritual warfare is only going to get worse as the end nears.

Remember, Alex, we don't always see what God is doing behind the scene. His Word will not return void. He is getting you ready for what He has planned for you. Being a Messianic Jew makes you a double target. You have clout with God's people. satan doesn't like that at all.

You are a child of the Most High God! Nothing can stop you!

Akex, Listen to me...here is an assignment for you...... STOP! That's right STOP! CEASE! QUIT! HALT!! Take a whole day or 2 of UNINTERUPPED TIME and go into a place and close the door. Take ringers off of all phones, shut down all computers, place a do not disturb sign on door, leave a message on all phones saying you will be returning after 2 days, give your closest friends, relatives, and associates an advance notice, then.....strip bare, take no food or water, and........

GET IN THAT CLOSET AND DO NOT COME OUT..... until AFTER you have:

gotten into the presence of GOD
allowed His cleansing to take place after
received further instructions

Do it! and do it now! Remember, you are not going in to ask ANYTHING... you are going in to quiet yourself and W A I T....
